Founded in 1998 in Vancouver, Washington, Industrial Systems Inc. began with a straightforward vision: deliver superior electrical, controls engineering, and automation services to the water and wastewater industry. Over 27 years later, that mission hasn't changed — but our capabilities, team, and geographic reach have grown to serve clients across 10 Western states.

Hands-on leadership with deep technical roots.
Troy Collison has led Industrial Systems Inc. as President, bringing hands-on technical leadership to every major project the firm undertakes. His background in instrumentation and controls engineering gives him a practitioner's perspective that sets the standard for the entire team.
Under Troy's leadership, Industrial Systems has grown from a small controls integration shop to a 16-person firm with engineering registrations in 10 states, contractor licenses in three states, and long-term relationships with dozens of municipal and industrial clients.
