Turnkey Automated Control Solutions

One team, one contract, complete accountability—from concept to commissioning.

Fragmented projects create coordination gaps and finger-pointing

When control system projects are split among multiple contractors—one for design, one for panel fabrication, one for programming, one for installation—the result is predictable: coordination failures, scope gaps, and no single party accountable for system performance.

Change orders multiply as each contractor encounters conflicts between their scope and the work of others. Schedules slip because of sequential dependencies between vendors. And when the system doesn't perform as expected at startup, each party points to another as the source of the problem.

Facility owners end up managing the integration effort themselves—a role that demands deep technical expertise and significant staff time that most organizations simply don't have available.

Single-source delivery with end-to-end accountability

Our turnkey approach places all engineering, fabrication, programming, and commissioning under one contract and one project team. The engineer who designs the system oversees its fabrication, programs the controls, and commissions it in the field. This eliminates coordination gaps and gives you a single point of accountability for system performance.

We begin with detailed engineering to define every aspect of the system before fabrication starts. Control panels are built in our shop where we can control quality and perform factory acceptance testing with the actual PLC programs. This catches issues before equipment ships to the job site, reducing field startup time significantly.

Our commissioning process is thorough and systematic because the same team that designed and programmed the system is verifying its operation. We don't leave the site until operators are trained and the system is performing to specification.

Turnkey Automated Control Solutions FAQ

Common questions about this service.

What does 'turnkey' actually include?
Our turnkey scope covers everything from initial engineering design through operational system handoff: electrical and controls design, control panel fabrication, PLC and HMI programming, field installation, commissioning, operator training, and as-built documentation.
Do you build control panels in-house?
Yes. We fabricate UL 508A-listed control panels in our own shop facility. This allows us to control quality and perform thorough factory acceptance testing before equipment ships to your site.
How does single-source delivery benefit our project?
Single-source delivery eliminates coordination gaps between multiple contractors, provides one point of accountability for system performance, reduces change orders from scope conflicts, and typically shortens project schedules by 15-20% compared to multi-vendor approaches.
Can you provide turnkey solutions for facilities in remote locations?
Yes. We regularly deliver turnkey projects to remote sites across Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, and the Mountain West. Our factory-testing approach is especially valuable for remote projects because it minimizes the field time required for commissioning.
