Our turnkey approach places all engineering, fabrication, programming, and commissioning under one contract and one project team. The engineer who designs the system oversees its fabrication, programs the controls, and commissions it in the field. This eliminates coordination gaps and gives you a single point of accountability for system performance.
We begin with detailed engineering to define every aspect of the system before fabrication starts. Control panels are built in our shop where we can control quality and perform factory acceptance testing with the actual PLC programs. This catches issues before equipment ships to the job site, reducing field startup time significantly.
Our commissioning process is thorough and systematic because the same team that designed and programmed the system is verifying its operation. We don't leave the site until operators are trained and the system is performing to specification.
